How long does it take until my order is shipped? TOP

All Acrylic/Engraved items are shipped with 1-2 Business days of purchase.

All Hair accessory items are shipped within 3-4 Business days of purchase. These items are custom made at the time of ordering. I try to ship out as soon as possible but of course that depends on my current workload.

Clothing items will be shipped within 5-7 Business days of purchase. If other items are purchased with them they will all ship together.

Is Local Pick-up Available? TOP

Yes! Local pick up is welcome if you are near the Melrose, WI area. I will send you an e-mail when your order is complete and then we can arrange a time for you to pick up your order.

Does Kenna's Creations Offer Custom Orders? TOP

Yes we sure do! We offer them both for our engraved/acrylic items and for our hair accessories. Just send us an e-mail with what you are looking for.

Are Returns Accepted? TOP

Returns are accepted for our hair accessories and non-customized ornaments. Returns are not accepted on any personalized item. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt.

Do you ever offer coupon codes or free shipping? TOP

We sure do! Periodically coupon codes are posted on our facebook fan page along with our mailing list. Become a facebook fan and also sign up for our mailing list.

If I choose to pay by money order or personal check where do I send the payment to? TOP

If paying by money order or check we will send you an e-mail after we see your order come through. The e-mail will provide the details on where you can send the payment to. All orders will not be processed until payment is received and cleared.

I don't have paypal account? TOP

You DO NOT need a paypal account to make a purchase! Just select the Paypal option for Credit Card. Please contact us if you have any questions at all! Paypal is a safe and secure site for payments.
